If you are in dire need of your order please email or call and let the team know! Refunds: Log orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. We will only accept complete "full" log bags and they must be in a resalable condition. To cancel an order or request a refund please email office@cnjtreeservices.co.uk When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
